My Bitcoin Saga: getting phished and losing everything

On Monday 21 December 2020 I fell victim to a phishing scam. I lost my bitcoin and ethereum that I had been accumulating since 2017. Although the scam resulted in only a four-digit loss, it was still painful.

To provide some context, Ledger (a company based in France) was hacked in June 2020, which led to over one million customer details being dumped onto the dark web…
